Raising efficiency in e commerce managed orders for All Terrain Cycles

All Terrain Cycles is one of the most established and respected shops in the region. Now growing a large customer base across the UK, All Terrain Cycles started very much as a local business and remains so at its heart to this very day.

Established in 1907, the shop was originally called Riley Brother Cycles and until 2006 was based in Cross Hill near Keighley before the move to in Salts Mill, Saltaire.

The Brief

We were approached by All Terrain Cycles to develop a web-based order system and CRM or their Nationwide stores. The system needed to be integrated with their current e-commerce website and allow full tracking facilities for all orders over all stores.

The Strategy

We developed a bespoke system which allows members of staff to login and submit a form containing details of an order. The order details are stored in a database which can be accessed across the company’s multiple locations.

Employees can then enter the system and retrieve details about any order that has been entered, additionally they can edit details and change their current status.

The system has streamlined the internal ordering process and has completely removed the possibility of orders getting lost.
